Program glitch
Hello, I purchased the program and my download did not complete. It is a problem with the program itself and not with the App StoreDeveloper Response
Away from my office now but will look into it. I’d suggest first checking your internet connection then deleting anything that did download (i.e. a partial app) and re-downloading to see if that gets it resolved.Need to adjust.
With a majority of departments going to a 48/96 schedule, this app needs to be updated to accommodate. If there is a way to configure it for that schedule already, I have not found it.Developer Response

The app no longer crashes as of the April 15, 2021 update!!!
