Worst app ever
What Happened?
The app always worked on any iPhone I’ve had until recently. It won’t load any content and it doesn’t matter how many times I delete and redownload it. I see old reviews with seemingly the same issue.
Swipe from right to bring main menu
This is an ask that has been going on for years. The app does not follow iOS gestures. Can you please implement the swipe from left to get to main menu rather than each swipe goes to previous story. This has been around for years. So simple and will be incredibly useful.
Won’t load after 6.0.55 update
I use this app many times per day, so it’s unacceptable that an obligatory simple version update makes it unavailable on my iPad. Also the help email address will not respond.

Great news service - but no dark mode leaves this app a bit behind the times.

What is wrong ?Old Reviews saying this app doesn’t work properly on iPhones and still doesn’t. Need notifications flash up but click on it and the app doesn’t work. Come on fix it!!!!
Great but 1 big annoyance
Love the content, good notification but it’s a bit frustrating that the app goes back to the homepage when you jump to another app and the back again. Please make last page persist
Autoplaying video ads
Half a dozen times now I’ve had the same video ad spontaneously hijack my whole screen. I never interacted with it, it launched itself as i scrolled down the main page. Unreasonable to have this level of spam in a public service app.
I just deleted the app and reinstalled it, but it did the same thing again. Won’t be reinstalling it this time.

I don’t want a pixel 6
This app has unfortunately been rendered close to unusable because the ad for a Google pixel 6 keeps randomly maximising and taking over the screen. Not just on my phone but on my wife’s phone too. Until this craic began the app was fine.
