Not enjoyable for me
Unfortunately I did not enjoy this game. The frame rate was kind of low at times and graphics didn’t look very good. The interface was difficult for me to control, too. I thought the concept was interesting though
It’s REALLY BAD
Wast of time
A game for conspiracy theorists
If you're a conspiracy theorist who thinks alien visitation is a real thing and wish you could be the one to expose it to the world, this will give you the fantasy you desire. For the rest of us, it's hard to see the appeal.
Not a good game
It doesn’t have instructions to explain what determines a better picture, you take a better pic yet still get 1star. Level 2 won’t capture the pics for over the rainbow & start your engine. Since you’re not able to get all the pics in level 2 you’re stuck... frustrating.
Horrible voice acting
Sounds so fake.. also, bad optimization, literally fires up my iPhone 8, the game lags at certain points and overheats like crazy. Needs more work. And again... voice acting is so cringe.
A good idea
While I did have a lot of fun with this game and I loved the way the world not only looked but also the way it made you feel was you were playing the game but the controls are a bit strange at first and took me a minute to get used to. And there just wasn’t as much game here as I was hoping I beat it in around an hour maybe even less time. But other than the shortness of the i game I would recommend this game if you think it looks cool.

What do I do?
I took pictures. Do more stars mean more money? Do I need all pictures or all 3-star pictures?
This game looks good. Controls are pretty good and I like the topic.
I don’t understand what I’m supposed to do. I’ve played the first level several times.

Eh
It is a really good game, pretty good controls, but only a little bit of gameplay. I was really looking forward to this game, but it only took 45 minutes to complete. Yes, there’s quickplay, but it’s just 30 second fragments of other levels. Revolutionary, you disappointed me!
Game design not very thought out
UFO on Tape doesn’t hold up against the quality of the other arcade games available. seems rushed and buggy. some assets were nice but the menu looks super underdeveloped. it’s like ps1 quality but not in a nostalgic way.
while the premise might be interesting the actual game loop was boring. It starts like it might have a narrative but very quickly it becomes an unconvincing point-and-click. the objectives aren’t clear and very arbitrary (i literally got stuck on not having taken a photo of an ordinary rock!) Not a very fun experience.

Many replays needed? No instructions
I played the first level several times. I get money for taking a picture? I need $1000 to get to level 2? This doesn’t make any sense. I got 3 stars on taking a picture but I still can’t move on.
Now I can use touch controls to play but the level select screen has horrible controls.
I’m not going to keep playing level one over and over so I guess I’m done with the game.
