Won’t load
But lately it won’t even load. The opening screen comes up and after a bit it just dies. I’ve even tried restarting my iPad to no avail.
Sadly, I think it’s time to look for a new solitaire to start playing.

Aggressive Ads
It was not until recently where an automatic ad would run in the middle of a game from McAfee, taking up the entire screen, saying it was scanning your device and found viruses.
It’s apparent the ad campaign used in this app is targeted towards people not so technically savvy that will fall for things like this.
Running ads on apps is fine but running aggressive, targeted ads to try catch people miss-tapping or not knowledgeable in technology is a horrible business move.

Our ad policy is designed to be as unobtrusive as possible, so each ad should present a method of closure shortly after playing (X, »» - etc). In the event that you’ve encountered an ad that misbehaves, please reach out via Settings » Support. This will provide us with info we need to address the issue.

I absolutely love this app, yes there are ads after every game but since the games are long enough it’s not too bad, you can customize everything as much or as little as you want, you can change if you want it to give you automatic hints I love all of the settings and stuff and how custom the whole game is. You can add your own pics for the back of cards and for your game background. Premium isn’t forced usually (at most it’s a pop up when you open the app at first but nothing in your face) premium gets rid of ads and you get more card backs, faces, and game backgrounds but even then there is still a lot of options as well as being able to put in pictures. I love this game and the ads are repetitive but not too bad and you can skip them after a few seconds almost every time
Great game but a number of annoying flaws that remain unaddressed
Screens freezes, performance reduces to a crawl, touch response becomes slow (sometimes zero), repetitive opening of the App Store with the same ad, even had instances where I’m mid game and a soundtrack from an advert is playing over my game… all extremely bizarre and impacts the whole enjoyment of the game.
I get the use of advertising and have no issues with it but clearly you’re allowing the revenue generation from these ads to impact the performance and enjoyment of you apps.

It’s the best Solitaire in the app store, but longer works at all on my iPad
I tried playing solitaire apps from other makers, but your graphics & general feel are by far the best, so it’s really disappointing that I can’t open it any more.

Solitaire??
The solitaire game itself plays just fine. I do not have any real issues with the solitaire side of this game app. However just a few games in, this app version began to throw all this junk at me that has zero to do with solitaire…animations, some gigantic coin or shield, and then puzzle pieces. Puzzle pieces, really? I have a puzzle app; I do not need that here. I came to this app for solitaire, simple uninterrupted, uncluttered solitaire. But that is not what I got. Instead I got bells and whistles and fluff that has nothing to add to the game of solitaire! I don’t even know what this game primarily is! After each game played…win or lose….I get a screen for me to play some other card game. I do not know if these are ads for other games to download or additional games within the app itself. I also keep getting a popup box over and over for me to update to 2024 version…. and that is exactly what I am using already. I hit close and it just comes back. When I opened support on the app for help, all that is available is chat. I am not getting wrapped up in a chat session, typing back and forth, often with an automated virtual agent and no resolution. Where is email or contact us? I see deletion in my future!
