35mm: Social Cinema

35mm is where people who love films and shows say what they watched and talk about it. POST ABOUT WHAT YOU WATCH Post a review with stars, a thought, a hot take, a critique or a list. Post it to everyone, or to friends only, where a review can carry photos, a 10-second voice note and who you watched it with. Mark anything Watched with a tick, including everything you saw before 35mm, without posting a thing. HOME, AND YOUR FRIENDS Home is what people are posting: reviews, hot takes, critiques and discussions. Switch to Friends for only the people you follow, and what they watched this month. Like posts, agree or disagree with hot takes, and join the discussion. Friends-only posts take stickers, and friends can reply to your friends-only reviews. DISCOVER WHAT TO WATCH NEXT Discover suggests films and shows because you loved one, shows what your friends rated highly, and what's new on your services. TRAILERS, PICKED FOR YOU For You picks trailers from what you and the people you follow watch, and says why on each one. Turn on My services to see only what you can stream, or swipe New for the latest. Narrow it to films, shows or a genre, turn it sideways for full screen, and save anything to your watchlist. PICK TONIGHT'S FILM TOGETHER Can't settle on a film? Not anymore. Start a Movie Night and invite your friends, or send a link. Everyone adds a few films, then you decide: a secret vote with a runoff for ties, a spin of the wheel, a wheel weighted by the votes, or a Strike-off where you take turns crossing one out until one is left. Set a deadline if you like. The pick is revealed on every phone at the same moment. YOU AND A FRIEND, ONE LIST See your taste match with a friend: what you've both watched and your genres side by side. Then start a Duet, a shared list that mixes your two watchlists or that you fill together, and tick films off as you watch them. CURATE LIKE A CRITIC Make your own lists for every mood: pick the films, put them in order, give each one a cover from its films, and share it. Save other people's, and browse 35 on 35, thirty-five lists picked by hand by our editors. FOLLOW THE PEOPLE BEHIND THE FILMS Follow directors, actors and more, and hear when they sign on to something new. KNOW WHERE TO WATCH Every film and show tells you where it's streaming, when it's in theaters, and who's in it. MAKE IT YOURS Theme your profile with a favourite film's colours, a still or a strip of its stills, or one of seven colour looks. Show off your Top 3, favourite actors and directors, badges to earn, and your month in review. Share any post, your profile, your Top 3 or your month as a card to your other social medias or in a message. PRIVATE WHEN YOU WANT IT Keep your account public or make it private and approve who follows you. Report anything with a tap and block anyone. We review every report within 24 hours. 35mm uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. Streaming availability by JustWatch.
