Great potential but lacks support

To all my developers of this app, this has potential to be great but there’s a lot of work still. For instance when clients click on market they’re promoted to enter their home address then nothing happens when they pressed the “add” or “I’ll add later”. Come on guys, stop with the half baked products.

Personal experience

This is the most rage inducing app you will ever download. It make you choose a listing agent with out showing you which area they cover. So you have to some how guess which agent covers the area you want to move to. And guess what there no option to change the agent. I’ve made 2 profiles already. DO NOT DOWNLOAD THIS APP IT WILL ONLY PISS YOU OFF!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely no value!

I was hoping that the app would assist me in the extremely confusing search alerts Kvcore for my clients. The emails that are sent out after I produce a alert giving me over 200 properties that match their criteria are no use to my clients. It shows up in their inbox with one showcase property and for random listings that when clicked it then produces more random listings, but now they're in different locations and at different price points???? I was hoping the app would solve some of these problems, but it's a total debacle!!

Barely works

I refuse to share this app with clients. There’s so many glitches and it’s embarrassing if I’m being honest.

App needs a lot of work.

Tried looking for rental properties. Whenever I’d move the map and pressed “search within this area” it would clear the filter and bring me back to looking to buy. Basically I kept having to change the filters back whenever I’d try to look in a new area. Eventually gave up wasting my time with it.

Can’t create account

It’s bad when you can create an account because the app won’t scroll to the bottom.
Very clunky. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone

Forgot password malfunction

The “forgot password” does not seem to work on an iPhone. When the window pops up to enter your email to initialize a new password, the keypad stays and there’s no way to minimize it to see and press the “Send” button.

HELP! I’m an agent how do I login?!

I’m an EXP agent trying to download the exp 360 app. I sign in using my exp email & password however it just redirects me back to the sign in screen. Do any agents use this app? And is it helpful?

I can’t even log in

Can’t even login

Login just shows loading and eventually gives option to refresh and brings you to the login page again.

Is this a wireframe? Are you Scooby-Dooing me?

This shouldn’t have been released. The data that’s populating is bad, and the functionality does not exist.

Can’t even login

I’ve had the app since launch but can’t login. Don’t know my password. I get an error when requesting a new password. Decided to create a new test lead. Deleted the app. Sent myself a link to download. Same thing. It populates some password that isn’t correct and I get an error when I try to reset the password.

Unusable due to bugs

This app would be great but it’s full of bugs, it glitches and is pretty much useless besides the home tab.

Cannot log into App

No matter how many times you change the password and you get emailed the code change your password and then try to login again it says that you don’t exist. What a waste of time.

Not ready for release

This app provides ZERO value to clients in its current release.
Market area doesn’t work
Searches return results out of the requested area
It shows my current location in a body of water (I’m not)
Do NOT provide this to your clients until this is resolved
Embarrassing…

Give the user an option to put their phone number in the app

I thought this was a really good start. There’s a lot of features that I liked about this app. I noticed that it is possible for someone to use the app and their information feeds into your kvCore, but there’s no option for them to put their phone number in. You should at least give them the option to put their phone number in. They may expect the agent to have the phone number but there’s no guarantee the agent would.

Needs work

I’m excited that something is going to be available for us to use with our clients but it need a lot of work. The user interface is terrible. Really cumbersome to set up a search. The other thing that would be immensely helpful is if we could set up searches for our clients. Or give me an app that connects directly to the clients. Some connectivity is essential, because right now Ot doesn’t seem like there is a great way to connect with my clients in the app. I think this was rolled out before it was thought out.

Great app, needs work

I’m super excited we finally got an app. The concept is great however it needs more work.

The client home search feature should be much easier to use. Why is it when I look for a city it has to be filtered into a sub-category? For example, if I look up Woodbridge, VA it shows up as neighborhood instead of the actual city. This doesn’t show any listings when I search this and is quite frustrating to navigate. I get the idea however the clients won’t.

My feedback is the following:

1: Make the home search feature simple to use (if not, this will make us look bad. Clients will use much easier apps like homesnap, Zillow and etc)

2: Make the home page a home search page instead of a cma section. This isn’t relevant to prospective buyers. The cma section is cool however shouldn’t be the first thing I look at when I log in as a buyer.

Maybe make this customizable?

Simple easy to use apps are what consumers are looking for.
