Fix Night Vision
I’m a paid long term cloud subscriber. It goes literally BLACK during evenings & Night time. Please FIX this ASAP.
Disappointed
I’ve had this camera for years & absolutely loved it. Last year all all of a sudden, I couldn’t use it. I kept getting some kind of message about not being able to use my network. Nothing changed at all with my network & I’m able to choose between 4 and 5g for the last 4 years but yet I still can’t use this camera. Very disappointed!

Paid a subscription but still not able to access cloud
No customer service rep to reach out to with my concern. I paid a 1 month subscription but I could not even access it. If you can help me on this one that will be much appreciated

Camera goes off line frequently
Hi , it seems that my door camera will go offline if I never use the app for a long time. I cannot fix it remotely but have to wait fir me to come back home and press the bell for few seconds. It did not behave this way last time. Any clues on how to fix this?

All my cameras not working suddenly last week, because of the update?!
All my cameras suddenly cannot see in my cellphone. It said network issue. I try to reinstall the app, and login my account, seems like all my info is gone! Then I try to add back the camera, it won’t let me! Not sure is because I’m in USA?! If other people has the same issue, please write it up here! Thanks
