Apps only appear on a phone when they've been downloaded, so this may have happened by accident, perhaps during a search for a similar app, or from someone else using the device. We're not able to install anything remotely. If you don't need the app, you can simply delete it from your phone like any other app, and no charges will continue as long as there's no active subscription tied to it.
