The word "ultra" refers to the ultra-wide angle that is available in the iPhone 11/12/13. If you test it with an older phone, then it would be deceiving. There is no way to prevent an iPhoneX owner to download it, other than saying it in the app description. Also it does have 2 major - paid - settings: 16K and HDR (7 brackets).
