App is stupid you pay for subscription still get adds on the live stream which makes you miss the match a lot, also, the highlights and others videos are worthless and to add on everytime you open the app it will ask you to extend your membership or to buy one. Very annoying app!!!

No hindi commentary in live stream and no reply from support team, no stream quality control and worst app I ever subscribed to.
Worst Streaming
Worst app to watch cricket. First fix all the streaming issues. It has a lot of delay and streaming stops in the middle and all of a sudden an ad pops up and after ad is finished we don’t get live. I feel it is better to watch on mylive cricket in chrome than to pay money for this app
Willow by cricbuzz is showing in between live streaming
After buying Willow, I expected to enjoy live streaming anywhere, but occasionally, Cricbuzz interrupts the stream by showing willow by cricbuzz, which is frustrating.

Subscribed for a yearly pack. Now unable to add my Phone number and the email ID is autogenerated by cricbuzz for login.

Not Impressed with the Premium Subscription
If a user is having premium subscription then why still having pop-ups to buy a premium subscription. I already have one. Still such pop-ups and it’s so irritating. Another issue is that if willow premium subscription is there then why having ads during live matches. So Disappointed!! If these two things gets resolved then I’ll update my ratings/review!!

Cricbuzz app
I had subscribed to the app and then discontinued, after some time I renewed my subscription but the app and website no longer work for me. I contacted the help desk, they did something to fix it but sadly the fix worked for only a day. I have now paid the subscription amount but my the app and site say I don’t have a subscription. Hope someone works on improving the quality of the app with regards to subscription and account support. Would definitely not subscribe if there is any other option to watch t20 World Cup in the USA.

Another major issue is the app's inability to handle multiple devices. It doesn't allow you to sign out from multiple devices easily, and what's worse, it doesn't even function properly on two devices simultaneously. This is incredibly inconvenient and falls short of what I'd expect from a streaming service.
For a subscription fee of $9, I expected a lot more reliability and user-friendliness. Unfortunately, the app does not deliver on these fronts, making it not worth the cost. Save your money and look for better alternatives.

About cricbuzz subscription
Am using this app from a decade and recently I bought the subscription to watch IPL and it is working great but the only thing that I did not like was when i click on any match cricbuzz directly start the stream which was not the case before as only scorecard was shown. So i hope cricbuzz changes this as sometimes we are in public places and we just want to check to scorecard not directly watch the stream. Thanksss ;)
