Login broken
The login process is arduous and sometimes doesn’t work, because it just opens a browser window inside the app. It will never remember credentials either. If you open this app once a day, you’ll have to login every single time so it’s not much different than using a website.
Terrible
Cannot login. Cannot change password. It is useless. Don’t bother with this app
Easier to drive there
Now I just get in my car and drive to my pharmacy, that’s easier than using this app.
1 star until you can enable face id
Come on it is 2026 and not having face id and requiring one time code each time I login is just absurd
Worst store app ever!
I don’t know how you could screw up a store app after so many before you. How could you not put a cart icon for your purchases? Why can’t it be a simple thing? I thought I submitted my request for pills on Thursday and because the app sends so many damn notifications I figured it must mean it went through… NOPE… just more notifications that I have overdue prescriptions. So I check the app again today and see the tiny little 1 on the bottom right corner and find that I didn’t submit my prescription. Now I’ll be without one pill for another week because your app sucks!

Terrible APP. Won’t send a code to complete the login. Junk, don’t bother until it’s finally fixed

this app is pretty useless. I can never login to my account using this app.
Every function fails
Logging in, it does not remember that I already have a connected patient record and prompts me to supply a prescription number. Attempting to renew a prescription, the barcode scanner cannot auto focus. Nor can I enter it manually: the onscreen keyboard blocks the “submit“ button. iPhone 17 Pro, IOS 26.1.

Have to sign in every time
Every time I open the app I need to resign in and get authentication code. Absolutely ridiculous. As well, you can't remove medications that you no longer use. Needs a lot of work.

Does not support Safari
I have been trying for months to get this app to log me in and every time it stalls when trying to log in to the website does site. It just sits there and spins. Today I copied the link to Chrome and it worked. Why would you have an app for an Apple device that does not work with Safari? Can only use the website, not the app

What a headache
I must sign in and use 2FA every time I reopen this app. Such a nuisance!
Not working
Since the new update this morning the app is not working. It keeps crashing.
Convenient but buggy
I like the convenience of being able to refill the prescriptions online but the app is incredibly buggy. Often I need to sign in twice before it will let me access my account. Also today it’s not accepting my refills - I will get a text confirmation but when I go back in the app to check on status it won’t show any refills in progress. It definitely needs more work from the program developers.

App was great when it worked…
I really like being able to manage and view the prescriptions for myself and my daughter on this app. The problem is, I can never get in anymore. I regret signing up with my apple account. I also can’t get in to my account at all anymore. You need two factor authentication to get in, the only option is for them to email a code, but I never get the code anymore. Ever. My account is currently useless. I can do literally nothing with it. Please fix this app!

This app just doesn’t work! I signed up with a code from my pharmacy and it seemed to work that one time. Tried to log in again and it has nothing linked anymore and says the pharmacy didn’t approve my account. I signed up with a QR code provided by my pharmacy. I’ve deleted the app!

Stopped sending a code and now I can’t log in, app is useless
Terrible login process
Takes way too long to log in, always have to attempt to sign in twice before it works, don’t like that I have to go to my email to retrieve the code instead of texting it. Should be able to log in using Face ID only. Why does it take me outside of the app ???
This app sucks
NEVER sends me a code in email or it’s a hit and miss I will deleting my account and never using it and letting other know to do the same and not use this garbage app that never works for logging in even tho i have phoned and reported the problems many times to the company.
