October 8, 2016

- Almost 0 latency with hardware support of the cursor, when connected through USB! - 60fps supported! (was 30fps) - Macs 2011 and up will have a significant performance boost - Heating strongly reduced! - Significantly improved performance on iPad Air and iPad 2, 3, 4 Also: -Optimized performance in Shared Main Display mode, so now the amount of connected devices is limited to the network’s strength, rather than Mac’s computing resources. Reviews of iDisplay

  • App not working

No available connections when using the same wifi or with the usb cable when trying to connect between Ipad Pro 3rd Generation running iOS 17 and Macbook Pro 14” M2 Max running MacOS Sonoma. Going to request a refund.
  • Horrible app don’t waste your money

App worked for one day and it was glitchy even for that day. Then the app failed to connect to my laptop and it does not connect anymore. Poor quality testing.
  • Slow, dropped wired support

Move along, on PC as of early 2021 they have reduced functionality and high latency. They are ‘working on’ adding wired support back with no timeline.
