iOS 16 compatibility
Will there be an app update for iOS 16 coming out today? We have 250 users with the ability to use BigHand and I haven’t found any information on compatibility. Thank you@QueenoftheBB
Stuck in portrait mode on iPad
I’ve been using this app on my iPhone for ages. Love it.
Just downloaded it to my iPad Pro and it’s stuck in portrait mode. Can’t figure out how to fix that. Is it a glitch?alex D regular user
Needs updated!!
The functionality of the app is poor. The screen won’t rotate, no plot screen capability on iPad and no Apple Watch app. This app really needs a huge update as it is falling behind its competitors.thedoc3880

No screen rotation a big let down
Nice looking upgrade but with one glaring omission, the screen does not rotate which is a real let down. Sort it please!markreeves22
Cannot upload files bigger than 20mins
Ever since the latest upfate our users have not been able to upload files that are longer than 20mins. Touch and go between 10-20mins but works ok with less than 10mins. Tried the same on Windows phone and it works fine.Royhar98

Upgrade generally good but why is the recorder screen now locked? It was much easier to hold the phone with the microphone at the top, and screen rotated accordinglyBurybarney
Uploading problems
Uploading voice recordings can take hours. Obviously a huge problem.Felipe Al
