  • Very nice, a hidden gem

I use this app to brighten up underexposed pictures, and it does a very good job. The blurring and vignetting effects are also very nice.
  • Just the app

This app will add very nice colors and blur even BW options to your images while maintaining quality. It's a must have app for anyone wanting to edit your images in different colors.
  • More tiltshift then SLR, but nice

If you don't already have a tiltshift app or two, this fills the bill nicely.
  • Much better than the Lite version

First the developer should really describe the upgraded features of the paid version of the app, to distinguish it from the LITE version. This version is very stable (saving up to 7mp images, see below), and offers the high resolution saves I complained about in the LITE version. I wouldn't have known that but for reading the reviews.

I really like the various effects, and while the tilt/shift blur settings could be a bit more flexible, the presets produce beautiful results. Being able to adjust the size of the blur area (beyond the two presets) would be an improvement as would being able to change the orientation angle of the blur.

The preset icons are criptic, and If using live thumbnails to show the effects of the settings is out of the question, using static thumbs instead of color icons would be an improvement.

The app has multiple save resolution settings, including "full", and although it works well up to about 7mp, the app will crash while tryng to "develop" or process anythg over that (on an iPad2). I suspct this is a device dependent memory issue so on your device, your results may vary. But still, I applaud the developer for doing more than most app developers do in this regard. So many cool effect-generating apps are crippled by resolutions of 700x700. Not this one!

I am glad I read the adds and invested my money in the paid version. I have not been disappointed. I just wish the app would automatically downsample a loaded image to 7mp instead of crashing. As it stands now, I have to remember to resize my images to 7mp before using this app, a real pain.

  • Stupid

This app is dumb.. I don't see the benefit to the photo.. All it really does is Change colour and contrast.. Waste of time
  • Wow

This photo app is definitely worth the download. It's simple. There aren't too many controls, so it's a quick, seamless editing experience. However, there's nothing missing. You get vignette, blur, and various filters. You can adjust the brightness and contrast. Also, in the settings, you can set it to automatically crop the photos into a square, which is perfect for instagrammers.

This is one of the only photo editing apps I've been using lately. It's just so quick for editing on the go. Also, it's easy to get a "signature" look, if that's what you're trying to do.

  • Real time view missing

I love this app but no real time viewing is a huge pain and makes it almost not worth it. Also it takes fooorevveer to process an effect. Omg why do i have to tap for focus everytime??? I just want to change an effect?? And why does it make me start over everytime I want to make a slight adjustment? Very very frustrating!!

  • Awesome!!

The update is super!! The blur is one of the best in the app store!! Would love to see a vertical option for the tilt shift setting and an option to save used settings as presets. Great job dev!!
  • Fantastic results!

I have a LOT of camera & photo effect Apps, & I'm always trying out new ones, but have not continued to use any of my other ones because myFilm produces such great images.

myFilm doesn't have as many effects as some of the other Apps, nor as much flexibility within effects, but the fact is that what it does, it does *REALLY* well.

Quite simply: It produces amazingly gorgeous pictures.
