Awesome book!!!!
My boys, who are 4 & 5, love this book. There are songs, games, things to find and character voices to hear. Each page is an adventure. We have purchased several " interactive" books and this is the best one so far. Appeals to a wide age range and the price is great too.Mama- e
Excellent book, good value
Felt compelled to review given the 1 star comment suggesting this app was rustled up in a 'couple of hours' - we're all entitled to our opinions, but I honestly wonder if we're reviewing the same product here, or just have completely different expectations - weeks to months of work would have gone into this.
The illustrations are first class, with lots of small touches/attention to detail in sounds and animations. There may not be dozens of games/features, but it's a rich graphical storybook, with some interactive features on most pages, and a couple of simple games on others.
My daughter consistently goes back to this app time after time - she may well tire of it eventually, but for past few weeks it's been a firm favourite and well worth every penny. The new song is also a hit with her, though it's not my cup of tea.
At £2.39 I think it's very good value, and around the right price level.

Full of fun and surprises!
This is one of the best done children's books I have purchased. The story telling is wonderful with line by line read along. On top of that animated surprises are hidden on each page. My granddaughter has named this her favorite book ever.Pposey

Both my 2 & 4 yr old boys love this app. I have several books in my iPad and this one sure is their fave. They love the interactive features, they love the little surprises on each page, they love the games too! The animation is so well executed and so realistic that my 2 year old actually cries every time it gets to the part where mom got mad at Jack...worth every penny! Amazing app! I would give it 6 stars if I could. The graphics are the best I have seen when it comes to books.
