"Revised" means that amendments made by subsequent legislation are incorporated into the text. The revised versions of legislation are maintained by the editorial team at The National Archives and the staff of the Northern Ireland Statutory Publications Office. According to The National Archives, all legislation in revised form has been updated with effects of legislation made up to 2002 (except for some effects of 2002 legislation that were not yet in force at the end of 2002). About half of all items of legislation are up-to-date to the present. For the remainder of legislation, there are still effects outstanding for at least one of the years 2003 to present. The National Archives has embarked on a programme designed to bring the revised legislation fully up to date, but it is likely to be some time until this goal is achieved. Reviews of iLegal Legislation

Con! Theft! Thieves!

DO NOT BUY THIS APP, you can easily access all UK legislation online from any devise. I bought it for £40 (which was for life) but when they brought out the updated version, they blocked my access unless I paid large annual subscriptions.
When I bought it, there was no condition attached suggesting a need to subscribe to access future updates, otherwise I would not have got it.
Once I noted the prompts to “subscribe to update” I refused to do so. They still went on to block my access to the original version that I paid for.
I contacted them and they replied after a very long delay saying they invested so much in making the updated version that it is only fair I pay for it. WHY? I DO NOT WANT THE UPDATE!! I JUST WANTED TO KEEP WHAT I BOUGHT, AND THEY STOLE THAT FROM ME. They deprived me of what is mine, that is THEFT by law.
I know access all legislation on legislation.gov.uk Easy!
