Birds in the USA
As a Brit, who will probably never have the chance to see any of these American birds, many of which are serious good lookers: the Baltimore Oriole, to name just one. I purchased this app on the strength of the pocket guide to British birds. Chirp USA is very good with clear sound and pics.capella 13

I took this with me when making a trip to visit family in the USA, so I wasn't familiar with bird song there. It was a great way of identifying birds I encountered even when I couldn't see them. I also used it to attract a bird that I wanted to get a photo of I.e. the Cardinal. Easy to use, intuitive and comprehensive.Show lessChris Holmquist

Don't buy it, this is a waste of money. I wish you could give it no stars. The bird selection is not area appropriate. I wish I had read my review before I bought this " pricey" app.Wannabe birder in Florida
