App crash randomly-not happy
This app crash randomly in the middle of using it, or it crashes immediately after you launch it. I emailed the support team regarding this and they were not helpful in resolve this problem.
Do not download
Will let you use it for a month and then demand to be paid, keeping all your data from you. Or maybe erasing it. Such a waste of time when they don't warn you that this will happen.
Good for cost and time tracking
It really is a brilliant app for project time and expense tracking. I have come to rely on it for my PM so I do highly rate it. I do wish they could just allow device sync to be free via iCloud Drive as $8 per month for something others offer for free is not justified. Just change it to a pay once and pay more system and more people including me will buy the premium features and rate it a bit higher.

Certain defects and enhancements need to be addressed but I have found workarounds for most issues
Nice but....
I find this app useful as a personal timer. It would be great if you could add additional people to it. The insanely annoying part is the iOS style number rollers for entering time like on iOS calendar. It's awkward and time consuming. Put in a keypad instead. Rotary phones have been gone for a long time now...

Does what is says it will do. Not a wow, but a just fine.
Really useful but add ons cost
Great app allowing so many extra features that many similar apps don't have but when you want to store in the cloud you pay. When you want to store a photographic receipt attachment you pay. These should be included in the purchase.
Cube Time Management
Looking for an alternative to my Excel-based matrices, I tried other apps and settled on Cube. I use it for personal time management and analysis of billable and non-billable hours in a hierarchy of task, project, and client. The app met my two basic requirements: (1) the app combines the detailed input possibilities I need with the flexibility to label and categorize time usage in a context that reflects the way I work, and (2) I needed an app that syncs among my multiple devices when a connection is available, but one that is not desktop or internet dependent. Cube can stand alone. It's adaptability and attention to details makes it a bit complex (there are a lot of parts to it), but after you learn the user interface, you have a superior analytical tool. During a sync problem caused by my incorrect use of the sync function, customer support by email was immediate, helpful, and thorough. For me this app is a bargain, improves my time tracking, and is fun to use. No app is perfect, but Cube deserves a 5-star rating.

So Far So Good
I've had this app for a little while. Like many, I just bounced into it hoping it'll be lazy easy. It's not. What it really is, is applied effort until you've 'got it' and easy where it counts from then on, instead of easy to learn, and no long term appeal. It's smart, well thought out looks to me like a keeper.

Cube Time and Expense works for me
I have been using this for over a year and it really gives me what I need without clutter. I find the design simple and intuitive. I tried a handful of similar apps but I ended up using this for many reasons.
The timer function was the top of the list because in a few simple steps I can start recording time as soon as I arrive at a client.
An easy start and stop button on the timer is also on of the features that took me to using this app. Other features on the client and project side are easy to setup and get going without adding all the details the other apps make you do. If you are looking for a clean fast to use solution time tracking and client billing this is the one to go with. The area's that need improvement are the reports and export functions. Notes do not export and time exported to excel is problematic. Also the support is great any emails are returned promptly. I think this is a winner app and would rate this at 4.5 only due to the report export issues. If you are looking for a easy to use and visually uncluttered app then this is for you.
