  • Great Sudoku!

Really good version, all the options you could want, highlighting, tells you when you guessed wrong. The last thing is good when you hit the wrong key which is easy on the small screen.
The only improvements I would ask for are an undo and a better use of the space to make the playing screen bigger.
  • Numbers dismiss

I love this app. I use it on a weekly basis. Since the last update, it lost it's capabilities to clear out the superscript numbers. For example, When large numbers are inserted, usually that same number in the same row/column/or block that are marked with a superscript disappears. It is not the case with this latest version. Please fix and update, thanks in advance!
  • Good But Irritating Ads

This is a very good app overall. The worst part is the ads--really irritating. I wish I could pay more a get a version without them, but there is no obvious way to do this (if there is a way at all). The second problem is that the part at the lower right needs to be bigger. It is too easy to hit the wrong thing (on a full-sized iPad). It would also be nice to have the option to choose to have the app notify you if you do something wrong or not. Still a very worthwhile app for anyone who likes sudoku.
  • Love it! But one small complaint.

I am hooked on this app. Normally with games on my phone, I'll be real into it for a day or 2 and then I forget about it. But I've had this for months and am still playing it all the time. I am in a touring band, so it is perfect for passing time in the van. The only small issue I have is: when you score, it shows the points you're receiving in bright gold with black writing, and it covers up parts of the game for like 2 seconds. So you have to wait for it to go away before you can continue playing. It's not a huge deal, but if you're trying to go fast and it's covering up the square you're trying to fill up, it's a bit annoying to have to wait. Maybe you guys can look at this? Maybe make it so it still shows the points you're receiving without covering up the game? But seriously, other than that, this is a fantastic app.
  • Extreme Care Needed to Use this App

    Re iPad version:
    1. Notes keypad is way too small for normal sized fingers. Also too close to primary keypad.
    2. The three icons below notes keypad are too close. Too easy to hit accidentally.
    3. The X button does not always restore notes properly after deletion. This has to be a foolproof undo button. EDIT: This is a critical bug that makes a real mess if you make a mistake because it does not restore notes properly after using the X button. Notes in OTHER CELLS are not restored.
    4. No way to highlight all single note numbers. E.g., all candidate 3s.
    5. Incorrect selections should be flagged immediately. (Optionally, of course.)
  • Good But a BUG in Book Mode!

When playing in Book Mode, say puzzle 20, and I exit the app and return. It saves my place in the puzzle but upon completion it DOES NOT unlock puzzle 21. It makes me replay 20 start to finish without exiting the app. Five times now. VERY irritating. Something I'd like - double click a number and have it highlight every location of that number in the game. (Fix the bug first, please!)
  • Great App!

This is a great app and a nice way to spend your time in a waiting room. Can stop at any time and come back without a problem. Fun and engaging, and will keep your mind sharp. I like it and recommend it.
  • Excellent!!

Never had any tech problems, easy to use, lots of different levels, I recommend it to any one new to it or has had some sort of experience.
  • Loose the ads please

The paid version should NOT have pop up ads, especially those designed to be opened erroneously. Otherwise it's a great app that I've played for years, but it's less fun to play each time I open an ad that redirects me to the App Store.
  • If you love Sudoku

Then this is the best one available for iOS. I would have given it 5 stars if not for one thing. I don't think people who play Sudoku are interested in mind numbing kids games, so why bombard us with links to new games every time we start a new gave of Sudoku? I understand you want to show us you other products, but please back off just a bit!
