Fixed a problem that could crash the remote when receiving files. Added Speed +/- buttons below the text in portrait and to the right of the text in landscape. Speed and scroll slider labels display the percentage of speed and scroll. Display area will display the timer, speed percentage, or scroll percentage. Tapping the area will cycle between information. Fixed some layout issues with iPad devices.

Updated for iPhone X Fixed layout issues. Removed Host button since the remote should only ever join a session to have fully functional features. Added Automatically Connect option. When enabled it is not necessary to select a host from a list. The first host will automatically be connected to.

Fixed a problem that would prevent the iOS Remote from connecting when one device was running iOS 9 and one device iOS 10. It was necessary to change the icon so that it does not contain a depiction of an iOS device.
