Clever program
I’ve been on SpeedSmart for a few years and have referenced it in various places at home and abroad. It has always been, for me, an accurate account of just what is happening. I do value this app and will continue to be amazed at the info I receive from it.

Great and Must Have Application!🏆
So far I think very highly about the accuracy and customer support I will receive through this application. My internet spew and security have been very poor with other services so I am making changes and believe that I am at the right place to secure my network properly and test internet speeds. I will review again in a month or so after using this service more frequently and and any suggestions I may have. Keep up the good work! I wish your the best success!

Intermittent to start
After 5-months of intermittent service and one tech visit, consistent WiFi exists, although it isn’t the 1.5-GPS I am paying for… New connectors, again, but this time, a new modem! Seems to have made the difference.SwingThenHope

The app helped me to track down a cable fault in my network between my secondary secure router and a switch by systematically testing internet performance by connecting via ethernet to various points in our network. Great app, however
This app provides more details than the previous speed test apps I have used. I previously gave this app 4 stars because it was missing a feature I had on other speed test apps. I found the feature. I don’t know if it was there or if it was recently added, but SpeedSmart now has the ability to show me all the places where I, and only I, ran a speed test on a map. As far as I’m concerned, this app is now perfect. The developer deserves monetary support.Show lessiCloud-Pro
Inaccurate data
If you run a speed test, for some reason it doesn’t process all the data downloaded before running the upload test. Therefore the app will then count the unprocessed download data toward your upload statistics, inflating your upload speed by an order or two of magnitude, ruining all collected data. This is a repeatable issue. Unfortunate because linking with a crowdsourced map would be great but due to this issue I have to consider all data from this app, and therefore the speed test site heavily linked to this app, completely unreliable. I say this as a heavy contributor.
Would not recommend for speed test data. As an app to stress test your router? Help placing your mesh access points? Sure.Show lessc-coop
