Used to be fun, now feels like an ad to upgrade
I bought Gravilux a while ago and since then it has been updated.
The menu button used to be small and subtle, or even hidden — you just tapped the corner of the screen. Now there’s a huge symbol there that sticks out like a sore thumb.
There’s also a button to upgrade to Grailux Plus right in the main menu. Sometimes I’m asked to confirm an in-app purchase for this upgrade when I press one of the other menu buttons. Either an annoying bug or a pushy sales tactic on an app that I’ve already paid for.
In the info menu, there is another ad to upgrade to Grailux Plus.
And in the help menu there is help for features that are only in Grailux Plus. Either another bug or another pushy sales tactic.

Totally mesmerizing
I receive the update to 2.0, which is great by itself. But then I bought the gravilux plus upgrade and Oh My God. I could play with the visualizer for hours. There is so much you can do with it when you turn off auto mode and can start to both feel and touch your music!
Sleep mode
I gave it two stars because of the fact that when I have music playing for a minute or two phone goes to sleep. I have it plugged up to the charger and my phone still goes into sleep mode. Fix this please. And there should also be an option to shuffle all music and or albums. Picking one song at a time is kinda ridicules. It takes u out of "the zone". Please please fix this. Five stars shall be yours.

Gravilux 2.0 and Gravilux+ AWESOME
The new Gravilux just came out and it is really awesome. Now you can write with stars ("gravitational typography"), and then interact with them, post to Facebook, email, etc.
If you do the in-app purchase to upgrade to Gravilux+, you get a gorgeous music visualizer.
Interacting with Gravilux is very meditative for me. Another beautiful app form Scott Snibbe.

Updated to rock!!!
Update is awesome, new interface is sweet... Took a gamble on the upgrade and love it even more!!! The visualizer for music is so incredibly memorizing I can't find words to express it. Thank you Devs... You made a good app so great it's worthy of $3 and 10 stars!

It's relaxing, fun and it let's you play your own music. One of my most used apps, everyone can play at the same time. I use it when I'm bored or tired and it just makes me feel better.
Freezes occasionally but only for a second or two.

I purchased this app yesterday and I can honestly say that no other app has ever captured me the way this one has. Its like having a whole little universe in the palm of your hand. Well worth the money.
Fantastic app
The effects are mesmerizing. I play around with the gravity, circle the stars, gather them up then hold my finger in the concentrated group of stars and watch them explode!
