It seems people are two-sided...

It seems a lot of people got this app when it was free, me being no exception. It is a great time killer, no doubt about that. Color would be nice, and maybe a supernova effect? (similar to the cats eye nebula) in other words, a explosion.
For all of the people one-staring and trolling the reviews, need I remind you their is a overview of the app. I see some of you are too simple minded to recongnize that. Easily a four star app with great potential. I would definetly pay two dollars for this app.

Simple, yet irritatingly addicting

This app is both interesting and fun to play with. By touching or swirling one's fingers, this app produces patterns of "stars" that will keep you trying for the next exciting pattern!

Try drawing a slow circle with your finger around the dots until they all converge in to a single dot. Basically, you are corralling them (or drawing them together) by constantly circling them. Then touch the dot and watch it explode in to unbelievable patterns!

I read some reviews asking "what's the point, etc.,". The point is, that this is an app that allows simple passing of time while playing with it. Most apps are time wasters, hence games. iPad is an entertainment based device.

Gave it 4stars to promote continued development of features! Be neat to see colors and controls for symmetrical pet terns.
Also, they need to find a way to access the menu that doesn't effect the outcome. When u double tap for the menu, it messes with the pattern you've created!

With a few extra features, one could play with this app for quite a while!

Nice

If your having problems double tap the CORNERS to get to the menu

Pleasant surprise -- simple and beautiful

Admittedly, I really did not expect have high expectations for this app when I first opened it. On paper, it doesn't offer a whole lot, does it? Instead, I found myself entertained for hours on end with this simple yet incredibly satisfying application. The explanation is pretty simple. Would I have enjoyed it as much if this was a point-and-click game on my PC? I doubt anyone would have. Instead, it made me realize how the aspect of touch, particularly on the iPad, has completely changed how we interact with the digital world. Download this app, and experience the simple fun of twisting the galaxy inside out with the touch of a finger.

Double tap?

I will double tap the screen but nothing happens. :/ please fix this.

My God! It's full of stars!

I wasn't sure this app would be interesting at all but I'm totally glad I downloaded it. So simple but so hypnotizing, great way to pass the time, impress your friends, make cool designs, etc. It blows my mind completely that this thing is free. Get it!!

its great

this is a great game and i love playing on it XD

Excellent

Absolutely mesmerizing. The ability to record clips of movement would make it even better, but even without the ability to save anything beyond static images for posterity, I have no complaints whatsoever.

Amazing

This is just a cool app it's fun it helps time fly and it is really fascinating how it works this is a must have app and if don't like it well hey it's FREE

but it does make good wallpaper (to take a screen shot hold down the lock and home button until your screen flashes white)

Simple yet addicting

This is one of the most interesting apps I have ever download, I literally just spent about 30 minutes straight just re-arranging the stars and taking pictures of them with my phone. I will give this app five stars when colors are added along with other effects.
