Pretty good
Pros: 1) The app has a review of virtually any product you could possibly be interested in. 2) the search function makes it really easy to find reviews.
Cons: 1) the app crashes about every 5 minutes, which is annoying. 2) I'm not convinced all the reviews are genuine. Some seem fake. 3) Many products have only one review, and I would prefer a broader cross-section of reviews. 4) The overall rating of a product isn't that useful. For example, a product with 3 ratings of 10, 9, and 9 would receive a "9", but so would product with 3 reviews of 9, 9, and 8 -- so looking at the overall rating isn't particularly helpful.Show lessSaraBelles317

I seriously love this app! It is so helpful when it comes to beauty brands/products that I may want to buy. I mainly use it when I'm at drugstores and it helps me with my purchasing decisions! I want to know what others think about the products because it's not like department stores where you can return a cosmetics item you don't like. Love it!
I rely on consumer reviews for most all online purchases. When I found this app I was thrilled. Buying make up products can get expensive. Especially when you buy one only to hate it and throw it away. Since I got this app I went and bought all new makeup bases on the top rated/ reviewed items in each category and I have been thrilled with all so far. Thanks! This is a great app for an even better website. For me, this is an essential tool when searching for a new anything in the beauty department from cleansers to lipgloss to shampoo. The ranking board makes it VERY easy to compare products within the same category and the "only drugstore" option is extremely helpful if your shopping on a budget! If you're new to the app and you've never used the website, I have one tip about the ranking board. Scroll down through the top results until you find one with pretty high scores and A LOT of reviews or at least the most in the top results. Often times, products that only have one review, but a ten star rating wind up in the top ten because of the high score, but aren't very reliable. By looking for a product with a great rating and tons of reviews, you can easily avoid the unreliable ones. This is a great FREE app, so don't hesitate to try it!Show lesslovetherain314
Convenient
I always use this app when I'm in the stores shopping for a new product. It's actually saved me a lot of time from getting the wrong products for my skin. It's very convenient to search products, just a little difficult if something isn't spelled the exact way it's in the store (most of these products have kitschy spellings for marketing) but it still does the job nonetheless. Quite good!
I always love experimenting with different makeup, so this app really helps. It also saves you a good bit of money on products you might've ended up purchasing but are actually not worth the 40 bucks on the price tag. To make this app even better they should have a makeup artist review the products too, because they're professionals and know what they're talking about!Show lessjfauscette

Love but needs a little work...
First of all, when I saw this app was sponsored I thought it would be full of fake reviews and such. But it seems to have very honest, helpful reviews! App does tends to crash, which can get kinda annoying... I think what would make this app amazing is if users of the app could post pictures of makeup looks done with said product(probably need to add a little info box so people can state the shade names and stuff), swatches to show pigmentation, consistency, coverage, etc, and also maybe a little forum type thing. I think it would just send the quality of this app out of the roof if they fixed problems and improved it just a little. Bottom line: if you are interested in it, go for, amazing app, esp. for free!!!Show lessKarynV70
Good app, but lacks so many features!
I would give this app 5 stars if it had more features such as: be able to sign in to your account and write reviews. I also wish everything was more up to date. Some of the products don't exist anymore and some of the pictures are not accurate. Also, there are many brands that are not even listed such as styli-style and icing. It would be nice if this app had as many features as their website and updated products.Show lessjrphotographer
