Great help during our visit to London
We were tourists in London and used underground and bus transit. This app was a great help during our visit, since in many cases if we had the time we would take bus routes instead of underground so we could see more of the city.
Pros:
Turn on location to find out where you were.
Shows nearest bus stop
Shows bus services including time between buses
We would choose where we were going to, then find out how long it would take by bus. (In many cases we would use the subways map to find similar travel time and decide then if we wanted to save time by underground, or see more of the city using a bus. It probably meant we used busses much more than we would have otherwise, since in many cases the times weren't too different.)
And, does this all offline!
Cons:
The app takes a bit of time to figure out. Once you do it's trivial.
The map isn't fully detailed, missing minor street names. Not a big deal to me, since I also had a highly detailed offline map app that also had wiki articles on many of the sites around us. I'll give it 5 stars since I can't choose 4.75.

A London Tourist Savior.
Used this app several times a day to get round London. Calculates a quick and accurate "from here to there" trip, or gives you an list of what buses pass by a designated stop and can display where there route from that point on.
I also found the "show me where I am" function very very useful, especially when trying to fin which way to walk to find the bust stop I want, but I also found it useful to track where the bus is once I was on board.
I recommend this app to anyone travelling in London.
And the best bit, you don't have to be online for it to work.

Great app for the London buses
Couldn't be easier - makes using the buses in London a doddle!

Really clear easy to use and great offline routing
Useful update :-)
This just got a whole lot better with the latest update which includes live departures and a much larger map. I didn't use the buses in London until I got this. Very simple to use and works well.
Slightly disappointing...
App works well overall but it's a shame that it doesn't cover outer London... Some routes like the 203 aren't even in the bus route list as the whole route is off the map. Also the live bus feature is just a duplicate of the tfl live bus website, would be good if it was more interactive.
Yes but....
Nice to have offline maps but they don't go out to the North circular or beyond. It's a pain for finding live bus info. Far too many clicks and then you have to type in the stop reference number. Other apps like Next Bus far better for live info. It automatically selects your bus stop if you're there.

Easy to use and very useful
Love this. Bought it because I can't understand the bus system and find the paper hand out maps useless! This app is easy to use and you can track where you are going. You can show the entire bus route and easily decide where to hop on/off the buses. Makes it easy to see London and not miss a thing.

Very useful around london
This app is great for checking where routes go and where stops are in london - I'm always a bit nervous about using the buses but this really helps, I do like to be an anorak and track my route as I go too!

This is an outstanding application... I love the interface and all the bells an whistles that come with it. I used it for three days around London without a single hiccup. This is exactly why I have smart phone.... For just these kind of apps..... Well done Visual IT Ltd
