Good food. Poor service.
This was 3:30 in the afternoon, not busy.
This place is a ‘seat yourself’ establishment.
Tables on either side of us, came in after us but were waited on before us. After receiving their drinks and placing their order, one of them actually told server we were there first. Somebody needs to pay attention.
Husband ordered Coke or Pepsi and I asked for water. She came back with 2 glasses of water.
Husband asked for a burger ‘lettuce and tomato only-no cheese’. She read it back as ‘burger, no cheese, lettuce, tomato, pickles and onion’. Seriously??? Also ordered tater tots that was not delivered with his burger and had to remind the waitress.
Burger was received as order and very good.
I ordered chili and asked what kind of cheese was on the grilled cheese when she answered ‘just American’ I said, ‘no thanks just give me waffle fries’. She read that back as ‘chili, waffle fries and well … no grilled cheese?’ Then she said I could substitute with cheddar or colby jack. I should have been told that when I asked.
Chili was spicy just right for me and had one large shell macaroni, (why?) but served at room temperature.
Better options in the immediate area so probably will not be back.

Fabulous service!
Our waiter was everything you would want. He was attentive, with great service and happy to accommodate any dietary needs without any drama. He was everything you could ask for in a waiter. Well done you! We rewarded him with our thanks and a big tip! Fantastic😀

Annoying App
I use the QR reader to respond to things like updated detail requests for magazine subscriptions. Annoyingly I then get told I need to get a new version - this isn’t an app I choose to use, it’s one I have to use.

Best car mechanics EVER!!
I took my car to Walmart 3 weeks ago for an oil change and then went on vacation last week. I thought I was losing oil but I wasn’t sure, came home to an entire puddle of oil in my garage. Looked up mechanics for oil issues and just went with the first one that came up closest to my house. Bolen’s assessed my car and found out I had a hair line crack in the oil pan and the drip plug was put on/in incorrectly! I only have one car and I’m due to go back to work on Monday and Bolen’s is closed on weekends. Mark and his workers decided to go ahead and take my car in and fix my oil leak AND they also rotated my tires as well. I am grateful and I appreciate each and every person at this shop and I will definitely be coming to Bolen’s from now on for my car needs! Thank you!!

Food Fine - Service Slow
Ordered on App. To eat inside. Food was fine but service was very slow. We noticed using the drive through has become very slow a few weeks ago. One young man was waiting inside when we came and still had not received his order when we got our food. He had ordered on his App, and was asking for a refund. This was the fastest McDonalds other than Dallas Royal Lane at Central that we had been to from its opening, but something has changed.
