Can't show the English language of the MTR assistance
As I have changed the language of the app is English, but its assistant shows in Chinese. I hope you can fix it asap!
Old version was better
The older versions of this app was much better- cellular data was not required back then just to see a simple route. Also this new updates looks more complicated to use.

Good features, but glitchy
The features are overall pretty good. Not sure how I feel about the rewards points system, seeing as options are restrictive, but that can change.
I’d also note that the app has a tendency of crashing the first time I launch it- during the first instance the feed fails to load, and once I tap on it, the entire app quits abruptly.

Too many upgrades with no improvement
Why need to upgrade every f- day, what if i’m in a hurry?
Force Closes
Force closing on start up when iPad is held in landscape. Now only works in portrait mode.
Latest update is downgrade
Since I recently updated the app, I have 3 big issues:
1. Constantly hassled by pop up asking about Bluetooth
2. Newly added large ad banner makes using map version of trip planner less user friendly. Often it covers the station I’m closest to so harder to verify.
3. Fast exit function doesn’t seem to be working.
Please think about user experience.

Why force me to go online?
The app very happily worked offline but now I can’t check train times unless online. You’re going backwards!!! Hate it when companies look after themselves and not the people they’re supposed to serve
