App dies not recognize I’ve subsctibed

Subscription doesn’t work and no assistance
I asked a refund of the weekly subscription until the problem is solved and their answer was that I should ask Apple a refund…… my recommendation is to stay away from this Italian newspaper and look at alternatives like Corriere
Constant login request
Worst reading app ever. Money thrown in the sink
Login is frequently forgotten and I have to input in again. You can actually see that the application struggles every time you open “subscribers only” content before realizing that I am logged in. This generates a very poor user experience (videos are the worst).
I installed the New York Times two iPads ago and I never had to input twice my credentials in 4 years or so.
I opened a ticket with Gedi to complain about the login issues and was told to generically clear my browser cookies..useless
I cancelled my PayPal recurring payment to ensure this crap does not get renewed. If you want a better experience you will have to use your pc with antipaywall plug-ins: it’s not legit but that is what you get when you deliver so poorly and charge so much.
Repubblica’s developers still think they are in the 90”s: paradigms and UIs /UXs have improved significantly and obviously their vision/skillset are not up to the task.
The useless amount of paywalls cause significant lags to the application
