Un disastro di esperienza utente

Non capisco come un team di persone possa aver approvato un'esperienza utente del genere. Non poter navigare su browser e app (non simultaneamente!) senza andare nelle impostazioni e "rimuovere" l'altro dispositivo ogni volta è follia. Appena finisce l'abbonamento lo cancello. Peccato.

The worse app ever

It never recognizes that I have a premium subscription through apple and every couple of days I have to delete the app and reinstall it.
It only ever happens with this app.

Dreadful

Not even able to access any of the content despite being a subscriber. Initially the app kept forgetting I was subscribed and I had to keep clicking “recupera i tuoi abbinamenti”, now even this doesn’t work as it leads to a never-ending loading screen. Bye!

Pessima, imbarazzante

Vivo in US e provo stupore e imbarazzo per il livello della app che dopo anni e anni e annunci di aggiornamenti resta piena di bug, ironico perché l’ultimo nonostante l’aggiornamento è proprio l’impossibilità di abbonarsi…come si dice self-sabotage.

App dies not recognize I’ve subsctibed

Twice, I have paid for a full subscription and the app fails to recognize that snd give me full access, even after re-installing.

Subscription doesn’t work and no assistance

I am paying a weekly subscription but this App shows my profile has no valid subscription. As such, I have no access to premium content. This problem has occurred quite often in the past year, and it was possible to workaround it by logging in and out from the user profile. Unfortunately with last App update the problem is persistent. I opened a support ticket, but the assistance team has only responded with some generic and useless instructions.
I asked a refund of the weekly subscription until the problem is solved and their answer was that I should ask Apple a refund…… my recommendation is to stay away from this Italian newspaper and look at alternatives like Corriere

Constant login request

I pay the Repubblica subscription, and on the webpage, it constantly ask me to login (which is annoying on itself, since other newspapers like corriere, recognises my browser ip), but now, also the app, which supposedly recognises my user, start asking me to login to see the articles. When I press the login button, it does not fix the issue. I’m so annoyed by these constant login requests, that I’m giving up and not planning to renew my subscription.

Worst reading app ever. Money thrown in the sink

Simple gestures don’t work and you basically have to always return to the home page. Intolerable popup ads for a paid application.
Login is frequently forgotten and I have to input in again. You can actually see that the application struggles every time you open “subscribers only” content before realizing that I am logged in. This generates a very poor user experience (videos are the worst).

I installed the New York Times two iPads ago and I never had to input twice my credentials in 4 years or so.

I opened a ticket with Gedi to complain about the login issues and was told to generically clear my browser cookies..useless

I cancelled my PayPal recurring payment to ensure this crap does not get renewed. If you want a better experience you will have to use your pc with antipaywall plug-ins: it’s not legit but that is what you get when you deliver so poorly and charge so much.

Repubblica’s developers still think they are in the 90”s: paradigms and UIs /UXs have improved significantly and obviously their vision/skillset are not up to the task.

Praticamente una truffa

Contenuti che non si aprono nonostante abbonamento pagato, login che non funziona e impossibile disdire abbonamento (pec o telefonata? Seriamente? Vivo all’estero e non ho modo di fare ne l’una ne l’altra).

Appalling service

This is not an app. Just loading the website with a frame. Slow, unreliable, zero features. Early 2000 feeling. Very bad.
