Worst ever
I've had a terrible experience with this service provider multiple times. Initially, they operated under the name Telestraclear, and their service was so poor that I disconnected. Later, they rebranded as Vodafone, and not realising it was the same company, I gave them another chance. Unfortunately, the same issues persisted, and I had to cancel their service again. Now they've changed their name to One NZ, and their customer care is worse than ever. I was left without internet for seven days, spoke to over 10 different agents, and repeatedly requested to speak with a supervisor—none were available for an entire week. I will never use One NZ’s services again. I strongly advise anyone considering One NZ’s broadband service to think twice; it will only lead to frustration and waste your time dealing with agents who can't resolve your issues promptly.
