  • Cool Broker

    This is one exceptional broker in the industry. Am still practicing but so far I like the platform. The mobile version is great but it doesn’t have a lot of charting tools. I will love to see an improvement in this regards.

    Otherwise I love how you can trade with any lot size I mean as low as anything but a zero. This for me, is great for beginners like me who are careful not to blow up my account in the event of a streak of losses. I will recommend Oanda to anyone who is looking for a broker with friendly features especially beginners in the Forex business.

  • Best way to recover lost or stolen funds!

    I was impatient to carry out necessary research but I really wanted to jump on the crypto trading and investment buzz. Unfortunately for me, I invested 75,700 USD worth of bitcoin with a fraudulent company. I was happy to watch my account grow to 214,575 USD within a couple of weeks. But I didn't realize I was dealing with a scam company, until I tried to make an attempt to withdraw. I made a withdrawal request, and noticed my account was suddenly blocked for no apparent reason. I tried contacting customer support, but all to no avail. I needed my money back at all cost, because I could not afford to let it go. So I tried all possible means to make sure I recovered my scammed bitcoin. I did a lot of online search for help, and tried to see if there were other people who had any similar experience. I stumbled upon a cryptocurrency forum were a couple of people mentioned that they had been through the same process but were able to recover their lost cryptography funds with the help of RemotePundit So I file a report on RemotePundit @ Gmail and he was able to help me get back all my lost funds withing 2 weeks I feel indebted to him. Apart from trying to express my gratitude to them once again using this medium, I will recommend anybody who wants to recover scammed bitcoin, stolen cryptocurrency, funds lost to binary options forex, investment and any other form of online scam to reach out to RemotePundit (at) gmail

  • Good On Desktop, Needs Improvement On IOS

    Was using the demo on my desktop and it was 10/10. Upon trying the Mobile version; iOS, downloaded perfectly fine but when trying to log in screen just freezes and doesn’t let me type in the email/password fields. Would love to use the Mobile version but unfortunately it’s having issues. If it’s possible to find a solution to the Mobile situation, 5 stars all the way.

  • Unwanted notifications and no options to configure

    I now get unwanted notifications with irrelevant information. There appears to be no way to configure which notifications I receive. Well, I want to trade notifications, that doesn’t mean I want all other notifications the developers want to send me. It’s annoying to the point of turning off all notifications. At once I do that, then the app no longer serves my purposes. So I might as well delete the app. I tried to get support, but I was pushed to a chat bot that was completely useless. I don’t know why companies use these. It just makes the situation worse. I come with an issue that I can’t resolve on my own, or through documentation, which is already frustrating. And then find a chat bot that is even dumber. It makes things worse.

  • Ach process a nightmare. Debit card deposit doesn’t work

    The process of depositing funds has been a nightmare. First of all can’t use debit card to instantly deposit because my banks (bigs ones such as Schwab and BofA) would just decline Oanda as a merchant right away. The 50% instant deposit for ach didn’t work. It takes full 6 business days to ach when other places are more like 3 days.

    Overall Oanda has the worst experience than other brokerages I use. Don’t recommend.

  • Love this platform

    It is a great platform, but sometimes I have to reload it because it becomes blank. Sometimes when I reload it it won’t open. I have to close it and open it again. This issue makes me loose track of scalping transactions. Please take a note of this issue and try to fix it. I use the web. Thank you!

  • Take Profit Not Executing

    I’ve been using this app for many years now. There are times randomly where my take profit will not execute. I’m watching it hit my target and not take the profit. The amount the trade should be listed for is inaccurate so if I close it at it’s current price I will lose money. Since it’s not reading the correct price at my take profit target I’m still losing money. Please fix this otherwise I will be taking my business to the competition. At the end of the day, this is about money, so I need to know
    I can trust Oanda. I don’t mind there being outages and issues, but send some kind of communication so as a consumer, trader, and investor, I know you have my best interests at heart. I would feel more comfortable knowing it’s a temporary issue than ongoing poor service, but if there is no communication you give me no other choice but to assume the worst. You guys have great potential, don’t short the consumers.

  • $20 Withdrawal Fee; Wire Transfer Only

    Beware of the $20 withdrawal fee. If you deposit money into your Oanda account via Plaid using your U.S. bank account, you’ll be charged $20 withdrawal fee when you try to withdraw money. Also, this withdrawal is via wire-transfer, not ACH. So you’ll be charged an incoming wire-transfer fee by your U.S. based bank. Unless you deposited money into Oanda via debit card, you cannot withdraw funds via debit card. Moreover, if you fund your Oanda account via debit card and loose/replace your debit card, you’re in for lots of trouble because you can only withdraw money to your original debit card only. These are their hidden fees with absurd policies on withdrawal. Moving on to their competitors who have much relaxed and flexible policies. I am closing my account with Oanda. A very disappointing experience.

  • Good, but it could be a lot better

    I use TradingView for charting and then use my brokers app for placing the trade so I don’t use this app to look at a chart but, is not a bad app it could be a lot better, for example: I can’t move the chart in my desire direction I just can moving backwards and forward or from far I can bring it closer they definitely need to put in the app if you want to move it UP or DOWN that’s very necessary.

  • Price signals, missing drawings, quotes freezes issues

    With the latest update, the price signal alert is visible but not audible. Also, all of my drawings were erased. 🙁The quotes in the upper left corner of the chart freezes for long periods of time although you can see the rate updates along the ‘y’ axis. This issue started about a week ago (prior) to the update. I am happy to see that the profit target notifications are once again audible. Aside from these issues all seems to be well with the latest update.
