Need to increase the font size on the page right after you swipe a cc and hit submit. Most customers cant see the total.
Add an option to text message them a receipt.
On the signature swipe screen show the total amount on that screen so customers can see the amount they agree to have on a transaction.
Lastly as a security precaution lets say I lose my phone and don't use the new iphone features. There should be a pin code to reach the main screen. This would prevent a thief from voiding any previous transactions.

Crash
The App still crashes right after opening with ios7, this gets in the way of running a service business, please fix soon. Normally a 4-5 star app.
Need iPad app
Why is there not an iPad version? Looks horrible on iPad and must be in portrait mode. Would be much nicer and more room for signatures in landscape mode. This app looks like crap on iPad. iPad version EVER coming?
Not reliable
Very excited to use this app and swiper while selling services away from our main office. Out of 7 attempts we only got 2 transactions to work. Tech support was friendly but could not solve problem. Now the swiper sits in drawer collecting dust.
Great app but needs password
This is a great app but please put a password on the app to add another layer of security.
What happened?
The recent update is terrible. I almost always have to run cards multiple times before it will go thru. It says "sorry service not available at this time" the previous version was perfect. I never write reviews for apps. So it has to be pretty bad if I do this. Please either fix bugs or allow us to revert to previous version.

Owner/operator
Extremely poor tech support. Changes installed for single user convenience with all others ignored. These people have no comprehension of their impact on a multi user system. There is no caring about outages that effect user high speed business.

Good app overall but you have GOT to fix how slow it is from time you click on the button to 'use' until the app is ready to swipe card......it can take over a minute sometimes it is ok most times takes way to long on apple iOS current version
Decent payment solution - on the go
Qwickpay affords me a viable and simple method to take payments when out at the customer site. So far it has been great, and was relatively hassle-free to setup (once I typed in my credentials correctly). Overall, it works as expected.
