The way this guy speaks is ridiculous. Self hypnosis is something Ive done a lot of and it really works, but the guy that voices this app sounds like he's treating it like a cheap magic trick. I gave it four stars because it does what it says in the description, and it comes with a book which is nice. However, if you seriously want to get into self hypnosis check out the Andrew Johnson apps here on the appstore.Show lessJahooba
