No updates it seems, and difficult to read on iPhone.
I purchased this app, then realised too late that it hadn’t been updated for a year. I worry about apps that do that, and won’t buy them. More fool me!! There are no ‘Accessibility’ controls, and I just can’t read it on my phone (even with glasses on), the text is too small; I have no laptop, computer, or ipad, but the app would be fine on a larger screen.

Nice app, but buggy
I would have loved to give this a higher rating, it's fun to learn the language this way, but the app constantly crashes. Please fix
uTalk Classic Learn Hebrew
This is WAY too rudimentary to be a useful tool—especially at the price. At best this is a 99-cent app for people who want to pull together a few words and phrases.
uTalk Hebrew
This ap in its original iPhone/iPad is one of the first aps I bought. I have used it more than any other Hebrew learning ap. Sure wish there were more game based aps like this to learn a language! Kudos. Please make more games! Or at least, make more of this game using more vocabulary. Thanks
uTalk HD Hebrew
Very basic program. I.e. teaches numbers only till '20'
Not all phrases / words are modern, contemporary expressions or words.

The bare minimum
For those of you who have used the Rosetta Stone method before, you'll feel right at home from the start; the big difference is that this is a bilingual program, ie. It doesn't rely on the photos alone to convey the meanings - it has vocabulary lists in translation.
The app looks stunning on an iPad and has great images. The games can be challenging and fun.
I am using it to brush up on my Hebrew, and the program is adequate for that. I wouldn't recommend it as an introduction to the language because the alphabet is not explained at all.
My main problem with the app is the very small amount of vocabulary it teaches you: I'd say the total word count hovers around 300. At 12 dollars, it's a lot of buck for almost no bang.
