Worthless!!
The app won't even open!!! I paid five bucks for an icon on my home screen. I have turned the IPad off and on again. All my five hogs got me was a main screen that shows for three seconds and closes all by its self. What a scam!!!

This app developer is awesome. App works better than expected and is continuously updated . When I had an issue with crashing the developer responded in less than 5 minutes! Turned out issue was on my end with my iPad not being updated to latest IOS.

Great Buy
Just purchased the 49.99 property flipper app & it was great to use!! Extremely simple & very user friendly! It will cut down on ur time to properly analyze properties by leaps & bounds!! Excited to see what new updates will be coming down the line!!!

It would have been nice to know that with this you can only input one!!!! Property!!! But for another $19.99 you can get the program you see in the slide above. This was a wast of 4.99. If they wanted it to be a trial it should have been free

As an new investor, profit is everything! This apps allows me to quickly calculate costs and PROFIT of my purchase. My first purchase was a REO and the bid closes on the same day I got the info. There is no time for me to do in depth calculation. Thanks to this app, I was able to whip out the cost and profit, and made my first purchase.
