App. Works great as long as you have Internet access. If no Internet access then app will not work because it cannot authorize. This is a poor feature considering you have to be a member of TCDLA on a annual basis. Effectively for iPad owners who only have a wifi enabled iPad with no wifi access in court app becomes un usable unlike previous version..

Great app for tcdla
I had the great pleasure of being a beta tester for the app. The released version works great on the iPhone and iPad. I use it daily at court. I can email the code sections to my associate, to the file or to the prosecutor.
