  • Charged me $2 without my consent!

I downloaded this app from my doctor’s website. NEVER in the app or nor I read anywhere in the app that I will be charged when I was browsing symptoms for my child. The app didn’t even help at all. That seems very scammy to me to just suddenly charge me without my consent. Most apps that I purchase from will ALWAYS ask for my consent by forcing me to double click my side button and provide my password. This wasn’t didn’t!

  • Every parent should have this app

This is my first ever review after a bazillion years of using Apple apps. My kids are now 12, 10, and 6, and I still find this app to be completely indispensable. I tell all the new moms and dads in my life to download it immediately. It has given us practical advice that helps us determine the appropriate care needs for our children and has saved me from over-reacting AND under-reacting hundreds of times. If you have kids, you need this app!

  • Hate the update

I miss the old version where you could easily see the different topics. Less useful. I hate that it redirects me to the website. Why did I pay for this to use your website?
