I flew into Riyadh on a work visa and managed to buy a SIM card at the kiosk in arrivals lounge. Prepaid with internet. Topping up is easy via the app and Apple Pay and the Internet packages are very good value. Before arriving I was worried about how I would stay in touch with my family, I wish I had known how easy this was to sort out. Thank you Mobily.
Internet speeds can vary (I’m currently in Nariyah, where speeds are 3G with occasional 4G, so between 4-24mbps).
Overall I am very happy and would recommend strongly especially to any ex pats coming to work in the Kingdom.

Improved big time
So I have gone from rating mobily app “Worst app by a mobile company ever” to one of the best I have seen with few months. The team has worked extremely well on updating the app big time. There are still some link issues where it takes you to mobily website where it says go to app but overall the experience is amazing. Love the recent updates

Nice features but still need more improvement
better than old version of Application but it is not update the information in the same time of action that done. The feature of payment through Apple Pay is great
