Suddenly not working
Status: Normal Quotas: 4.4GB Every time I try and connect I get the error message: “User Authentication Failed” (Was 5 Star now 0 as no contact info available no way to resolve)
It’s been over a year now and they haven’t fixed the app. It looks like it’s been abandoned.Jeavany

Been using VPN express on and off for around 10 years now, all servers work fine for me, never had any issues.

application stop working

Excellent VPN service
I have this App from many years ago, but not using it for about 6 months in 2019. When I started to use it again it worked flawlessly. Later I try to install the same account in my wife’s iPhone and I had trouble with the password, but it was my fault because didn’t remember well the password used in the former installation.
I wrote for help from inside the App to the developer, and I got a reply in few hours.
I am satisfied with this VPN App.
By the way, I have read some review with similar issues as mine (once registered the right password, didn’t start connecting)
The solution is delete the App, switch off the phone, switch on again, install the App and register the right mail and password. It seems that some info must be deleted in the background.
Now my VPN works great in both iPhonesShow lessROKAG

My paid version Keeps getting n crashing, there seem to be no official website or a solution.السلع
Update pls
This application stopped opening and responding and needs to be updated from the developer the do that . This happens after the installation of the ISO 17 and up. Seven years ago sinse last update done for this application . Pls help and let the application back to work .roytalge
Flawed
I purchased this for watching TV outside of the UK. Works well with the ITVx app but not with Sky Go which is really poor. Ok for general use as a privacy tool but there are lots that are far better and cheaper if that is your aim.

Began using this app about the I’m I got an iPhone 4S. Back then I had access to all servers. Not sure how long it changed but I no longer have that access. Just a free server that doesn’t work with US, Europe or Asian countries. Customer service is nonexistent. It’s too bad. Was reliable, now it isn’t.Show lesssmoothjazzandmore
