Update: within 24-hours of writing my initial review, the app’s Development team contacted me to let me know they FIXED this issue. Yay!! Their email and super fast response made my day, and I’m back to playing the only game app I own with fervor. Thank you. I absolutely love this app and really appreciate it.
This was the only game I played. Not sure what happened during the last update, but the scoring is no longer cool. When you play against the game in “Turn by Turn,” the game scores three times the points then you for the same play. The scoring used to be even but now, it’s no longer fun or interesting. I have played this for years, through the game centre and now a new phone means I have to start again and despite asking for restore purchases I am not receiving ads free play or having previous achievements recognised. Bitterly disappointed
Update:-I am still logged in to iCloud. I am greeted as I always have been, however my “progress” is absent. All my unlocked games are locked and I still have to earn all the skins. All I did was buy a new iPhone SE and the game went to pot!
Further update:-
Anastasia has managed to resolve my issues. The new iPhone has downloaded the free version of the game and not the Pro version that I had been playing.
Thank you for resolving the issues I was having, only wish I had spotted the issue myself. I am changing my star rating to 5 for the original pro version that I loveShow lessStampkrazie

This is one of those games where you don’t have to pay to play. With enough patience you can really enjoy the levels this game has and there are a lot of bubble games to choose from.Xoena

After the update the game kept freezing which was very irritating. It sometimes crashes altogether. This happened after the update bringing in 'Heroes'. Can we have an older version without?
So many variations and some quite challenging. Great games and worth downloading. Very addictive! Pity about the freezes.Show lessBuddy%23

1010 heros and swapper hero’s
Recent update has LOST all my hero’s in both games.I’ve paid over 150k in upgrading and now you expect customers to spend further pearls upgrading past used hero’s. Now a useless game WHY.dilligaf 2u
