  • Needs more stats. Change 1 rule!

    There are 2 expansions…

Are they ever going to be added into this digital game?

I’d play a LOT more if I could see total games played, total won, total lost, win%, loss%, avg score One rule change in this game would make it more strategic; let us CHOOSE which dice to add to the 3 we get to roll. Ex; start game, I might want to CHOOSE 1 red, 1 yellow, 1 green. I roll red shotgun, feet for the other yellow and green. I re-roll those 2 dice AND a third that I get to CHOOSE!! (This is how we play the yphysical game). This game should let us choose when appropriate... this would eliminate some RANDOMNESS in this game. Btw, I payed the $.99 and it lets me add more ai players but so far I’ve seen a whole 2 additional animations. Thats kinda LAME. AT LEAST add different graphic-mugshot faces for the different zombie opoonents (ai) that we play against. And GameCenter achievements are registering... the game sees my nickname but the achievements are not happening (i know i’ve achieved them but GC icon does not enable). There can be soooooo much more to this game. As it is, its too random, too basic, not enough stats... what a shame for a digital game.

  • Frustrated with the bugs

Brilliant game overall, and though I like many things about this digital version such as the zombies voice and the overall simplicity, there are just too many problems to make it worth playing. I even paid for the upgraded version and my achievements are still not unlocking as they should be. Ways to make this more enjoyable would be getting the achievements working (and maybe even add more achievements to give the game some longevity, adding additional statistics to log and track, letting us have more control over the dice (forces a reroll when you don’t score brains which I don't see anywhere in the original rule book), perhaps different zombie skins to play against, and explain somewhere what the Game Center nickname is, how it effects the game, and make it so that it remembers your selection so that you don’t have to reselect it every time. I’m not too savvy with modern tech so I’m sure some of the fault here lies on me, but there is definitely a lot of room for improvement to make it more user friendly and less clunky. Overall, I think this is a really amazing game and I hope it gets the love and attention it deserves. Meanwhile, I will be feasting on the brains from my hardcopy of the game and checking back here for updates. Please don’t overlook the potential of this digital version of a masterpiece dice game!!!

  • Rigged

This game is rigged sooo bad that you can’t even use it to pass time and have fun. I was 11 and the computer was 3.. he got 7 brains then 6 his next turn while I got 3 shotguns and 4 brains in the 2 turns that he got 13 brains. And that’s how it happens ALL THE TIME. They tried making it harder but they coded it so the computer wins every time. So dumb but I guess I expect nothing less from SJG.
