  • Frustratingly Addictive

Awesome, very addictive. I love logic puzzles. This is a great upgraded implementation of the classic 'move pipes around to complete the plumbing' game.

    Only annoyances are
    1. The irritating 'Fisher Price' toy music!
It's so bad that I would have given it 4 stars instead of 5 if the 'music off' button didn't exist

    2. No 'synch' of your progress across the iPhone and iPad
I'm doing all levels twice because the apps are independent of each other!

    3. The name of the level you're playing vanishes after a few seconds.
Can we have it stay visible (or pop up) when you click on the bottom of the screen as the level name sometimes gives a hint to the solution.

  • Puts the grey matter through its paces!

Some are stupidly simple but the ones that require degree level intelligence REALLY challenge the old brain box and are sometimes enough to make you hit the EXIT button with a roar of frustration, only for you to pick the phone back up again within seconds, as you give up fighting the addiction - until the next puzzle. Brilliant stuff!

  • This game and Trainyard are vying for my favorite iOS puzzler ever.

Simple concept well executed. The game is obviously a take on the classic "complete a circuit/drain/etc" concept' but Kieffer Bros. have managed to make it both fun and unique with things like warp gates, doors, buttons, etc. Most of the puzzles can be solved without a great deal of head-scratching, although the later puzzles will definitely give you a run for your money. Most importantly, it's hugely easy to pick up and put down, so it's a great time-killer for transport or in between meetings. Well worth the money.

  • Neup

Great game for strategy and puzzle solving.

Just wish u could get around a difficult level. Once you are stuck that's the end of the game. Otherwise, excellent.
  • Challenging!

This starts out easy, but soon becomes seriously challenging. I found that it helps sometimes to look at it horizontally or even upside-down. The free version lasted me a couple of weeks, so I'm looking forward to many hours of enjoyment with the paid version.
  • Fun, stick with it

If you think the game is too easy, keep playing. I almost quit because the first two sets of levels were so trivial but it definitely gets harder (and more fun) in later levels, especially level 5 and 6 (death) and the two bonus levels: rat and rabbit.

(each level has 20-30 puzzles to solve)
  • Addictive puzzler...

I love this...it's a great puzzle game. Starts off easy and gets more and more complex. A word of warning though...it's addictive!
Definitely one of those '...just one more' games.
  • Aqueduct is a great game - worth every penny

This is my first ipod touch, and this was one of my first games! needless to say, this game is wonderful if you want difficult, challenging puzzles. (This is not for someone who doesn't have lots of patience). In the beggining you're like "why'd i buy this game?" even though it has awesome, cute graphics, it will seem easy and boring. once you get past the first ten levels or so you begin to think - once you get past the first set you'll start to sweat. Halfway through the game, you'll get frustrated. The greatest thing i can say about this app is that i showed the first level to my dad, (who gets bored very, very easily) and within 5 minutes he was addicted. i had to hide my ipod to get him to leave me alone. I've shown him other apps - hasn't gotten addicted to any others yet!

  • Great game!

Simply the best dollars I've ever put into mobile games. The difficulty curve is gently rising uptil section 4 where the puzzles become full-fledged and sorta difficult at times. The game has fun and polish written all over it. Must recommend. Note to developers: You could smoothen the difficulty curve a bit, it is too easy at first!

  • My Favorite Game

Aqueduct has quickly become my favorite game on my ipad. Why? It's the perfect combination of immersive aesthetics and calm, challenging puzzle solving. The Keiffer Bros have created an ideal environment of beautiful graphics, relaxing sounds, and just enough puzzle thinking to transport one into the 'Aqueduct Zone'. Entering the game is like entering a zen space. Solving becomes meditative. Later, for example, in level 6, some analytic activity helps, maybe is even necessary, but not so much that it mars the overall experience of wonder. The background is a distant start field, the tiles rough hewn, and the movement & action of the pieces just perfect. Moving the tiles and seeing the interactive feature respond is aesthetically pleasing in itself. I sometimes catch myself moving a tile onto and off a switch, over and over again, just to watch the corresponding gate open & close.

If we're lucky the Keiffer Bros will add more levels and perhaps a strange new game element, although there needs to be a balance between novelty and simplicity, and boy does this game have balance. Maybe completely new games is the way to go, and I look forward to experiencing them as well.
