Works as advertised
Sends iOS location data via a http request to a url of your choice. Great way to get location data out of a phone without writing a full app.
Free and works well
The app has always been free, works on new and old iOS versions, is simple to use, and is reliable. That is much more than most of the other apps coming up on Apples search suggestions. Kudos from a long time user.
Satisfied
Very good product, I wish it was possible to choose http request method, variable names.
Response from developer
Thansk for the feedback, I will add these to ideas list for future releases!
Not working
Good concept, but doesn't seem to be working. I should have looked at the last update time for this app. iPhone 6 iOS 10 not working
Interested User
A good product to use as a base to allow you to build your own tracking applicaiton. Wish it had a few additional features: 1) Ability to set updating threshold (both in foreground and in background) 2) Ability to reduce font size on display. 3) Accept software customization requests.
Rubbish
Does not work
Delighted to have found this
Thank you!!!
Very good app
Really like the app, works very well. All I would say is it would be good if you could set the delay time to send the data. I.e not always every 20 seconds
Great app
Very good app. Does what it says on the tin. Easy to create script to pickup data and display in Google maps.
Simple and very uncomplicated
For those of us who know how to write server side programs, and have ideas about thing they could do with a constant stream of location data, this app fills in an essential piece of the puzzle.
It would be nice if the app provided some form of feedback or developer contact information, a bit more data in the GET, such as a timestamp, and possibly the ability to store location data when offline to update when next connected (this is where a timestamp would prove exceptionally useful). Currently my server-side script has to add a timestamp to the data to really make it useful.
I am having great fun experimenting with various possibilities and I look forward to this app becoming even more useful in the future.
