Great idea, reset search is annoying

This app seems great, but each time I go to check out a deal on a recommended site it takes me back to the home page of the app instead of back to where I was up to in my search needing to start the search all over agin

The prices are literally wrong

Why when I click the link the prices are totally wrong? Not only is it actually much higher after redirecting but there is often $30-40 more in other fees not reflected in the total.

Deal one moment, gone the next

Some cheap deals are listed on the app, but once you click on them you find they don’t actually exist and then you’re then presented with alternative hotels at much more expensive prices.

Zero rating

Sign in page keeps taking me back to a ‘sign in’ page, however they are not sign in pages, they are ‘register’ pages. After registering multiple times, I’ve given up. I’m using an Apple device.

Willingly Supports Racial Segregation Policies

One of the hotels listed on this app hasBand all Native Americans from staying at the hotel. I contacted this company to let them know that not all of their customers would be welcome at this hotel, and I have gotten no response or action. I asked them to do list the segregationist hotel and I have gotten no response. I would not do business with a company that allows 1950s style segregationist institutions to do business through their site and app. (For those curious the hotel is called Grand Gateway and is located in Rapid City, SD. I will change my review if hotels combined de-lists the offending hotel. I asked management to respond on this review if they see it.

Utterly useless shysters

I booked a five star hotel with water views for my conference in Cairns at a recommended hotel to be within walking distance from the convention centre so that I could walk to various functions and meetings. I got an email 2 days before to tell me that there were no rooms available in the hotel that I had booked and that they had ‘allocated’ me a room at a 4 star facility inland which needed taxi transport to the convention centre. Apparently they had sold me a room that they did not know even existed. I was told by some call centre person in Hong Kong that this is their usual practice. Needless to say I paid my conference organisers a premium and got the room in my desired hotel.

Appalling Update

In the midst of these Covid times, to promote an “improvement” whereby one can now book rooms for TEN people is the height of irresponsibility. A very big black mark which totally devalues the app.
