Fox11’s news app rocks!
Added the Fox11 app today (10/15). (Retired KTLA Ch.5’s old and tired news app. It’s such a mess.)
Fox11 news’ app is clean and looks so professional. You can tell the online staff and Fox11 executives have put some real thought and effort into its layout, format and design. I’m very impressed. Great job, Team Fox11. The stories are well-written, edited along with excellent reporting. Videographers are among, if not, the very best in Southern California.

Biased news at best
Los Angeles takes hold of even Fox News as most of the stories posted here are clearly leaning to the left and have a liberal spin on them. I just want the news, I don’t want your political opinions or implications. Unfortunately even Fox isn’t immune to the fake news scandals that plague media in recent years.
Just came back to update, they are now full blown racists who value certain people above others with their missing person reporting. Deleting the application.

More advertisement than news
I’ve been reading the news on this app for a few years now. Over the past couple of months I’ve noticed it crashes more and more. When you finally get a page to load, more than half of it is filled with advertisements. This has become a lousy news source

When clicking on a news notification, the app tries to launch, but hangs indefinitely. This has been going on for months.

Can’t find story??
Got a news alert about Torrance officers fired for putting swastikas cars etc, but when I clicked on the story it wasn’t there?? Couldn’t find it? Usually it goes right to the story but couldn’t find it! This has happened several times!?

Useless App
Pop up alerts of “breaking news” or “happening now” give links that rarely go to the story. Links go to commercial advertising or a blank page saying they’ll be right back. If it does finally get to a story, it’s typically just regular news & not the story which was stated.
Not just once in a while … this happens nearly every time.
Lame, no talent I.T. group must run the site.
Waste of time. I’m going to delete.
