My basic issue with this App is that it is impossible to get responses from the developer when there is an issue. I recall I sent a help email a few months ago re smart group sends becoming unreliable but I got no response. I have owned this App for years and use it regularly However it appears to me that maybe a year ago it was revised and some features changed. Others disappeared. I use the smart groups feature and I send to at least 4 smart grouped batches of contacts each week - usually each is upward of 70 recipients. The App has become unreliable I have found, unless group messages are sent individually, which is a pain and not consistent with the purpose I bought the App for. Also the App used to allow the user to set sending parameters - eg it required to be told to select only the mobile number from each persons contact card, but that feature seems to have disappeared - the app doesn’t differentiate and I am getting “not sent” messages from people with a mobile number plus a home or other phone number in their contacts card - the app tries to send the message to both and then fails on that account.
