Have used this company for several years

When I first found this company I was very excited about all the features it had to offer our small company; we used blackberry's to dispatch our techs for an affordable monthly fee. The initial people they had were helpful in getting us setup. Once we were set up and have worked through a few issues we were passed on to the support department. He is a nightmare to deal with. When we have problems with the software, the poor attitude of the IT techs and blaming makes tough situations worse. Their communicate is slow, short, abrupt, and rude. Customer service skills are lacking. Leaving messages and email is the primary communication source.
Since picking a field service software is a big step in systematizing your business and making effective use of time; research is need to make sure the software can grow with your company and can be adapted to your systems instead of trying to cram a square peg in a circle Corrigo Work Track hole. Corrigo is falling behind the competition as there are NOW MANY cost effective solutions with adaptable features and developers hungry to service entrepreneurial business owners needs.
We have been battling an error message for several years that doesn't allow our techs in the field to see vital info about jobs.....

The iphone App is very easy to use.

Scam

No price disclosure, app doesn't work without an account....but it must be created on a windows machine running IE.

STAY FAR AWAY!

Owner/manager

This app works great as a work order and time tracking app for my 8 technicians in the field. My technicians can create work orders for each other depending on their specialty. The office can monitor the progress of who and when the work order gets picked up, what work is being done, see the technician on a live map, and attach notes, pictures, and voice recordings to the work order for complete documentation. In addition the tech can create an invoice for the customer and email it to the customer on the job site. The tech can even take payment for the invoice with a card swipe. Then all of the information is fully integrated with quick books. Finally, when a tech picks up a work order from the phone, and selects enroute or starts the work order, the app automatically starts the techs time card and associates his time to the work order. Then the time cards can be approved at the end of the week and downloaded into quickbooks. All time is completely accurate to the minute. And if you have doubts about what your tech is doing, you can check their times against the gps log of the tech.
Bottom line this app has made our business money and greatly improved the tracking of work orders and our techs. It also makes our techs accountable for their time and reports.
It does have a monthly fee, but it is worth it!

Hvac tech

Site service should be changed to link directly with maps to bring up directions and a new section created for work history. Otherwise a good work app.

Don't bother

The app for the iPad is a good idea, but then you have to go to the web site for further instructions. I hate these catches.

Once at the web site, it says that safari is not supported.

What's the point in creating an iPad app that's not compatible with an iPad?

Work Track SM

Seems to need more than the app to use. It'd be nice if it was explained exactly what else is required.
At least I didn't have to pay cash to find out the hard way. Cannot rate properly w/o being able to give a test run. Sorry!

The price is $35 per user/month

Update needed for alerts to work in iOS 5

Great for management to keep informed while I'm the field

Maybe not ready to compete with the blackberry in the field but what a great management tool!

Not ready for prime time

I've used the corrigo mobile managment solution for my business for several years. It has it's limitations, but it worked. Needless to say, I was excited about the iphone support. However, only after purchasing several iphones, I learned that this app doesn't have all the same features as the windows mobile devices. In fact, it's missing critical features that break the entire flow of the corrigo product suite, making it pretty much useless.
