I do not like the new format at all!!! Last few days, all I see is blank. Can’t get
anything. If I had the financial resources to contribute to the athletics programs, I would immediately suspend all
donations until app made accessible and practical. Can’t convey how frustrated and disappointed with inability to get on site. Several family Duke alums share same thoughts. Basketball is here!

What Happened?
One day it’s working fine and the next day it doesn’t.
Update
I liked it better last year. Not very user friendly, for me anyway.
A big step backwards
I like the previous version a lot better. On it, I could favorite the men’s basketball team. On the new version, I have to go through a bunch of steps to get there.

New version isn’t working
I used to love this app but don’t like the new format/version - and thats my opinion when it works. Past two days the app hasnt been loading any content. It’s blank. Re-downloaded. Didn’t help. I’ve had to google men’s basketball schedule since this app isn’t working. Can’t see Coach K’s post game interviews since the app’s not working. Please fix! Thanks!

There’s nothing there
I used this for years. Now, when I open it up, there’s nothing. Blank, with an “updating” message. It never loads. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and still nothing. Heck.
Big problem
I love listening to Coach K’s post game interviews, but it will not load and play. Please fix ASAP.
