Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry you have had a bad experience with the app. We are trying to improve it in a daily basis. As you may know there are many revenue models within the apps and we have decided to use the freemium model (free to download with locked content). We have never implied anything other than that. Even if you look at the app store page, it says that the app contains In App Purchases and it shows a price for each one of them. Not actually "Free"
The app is free, you have to buy any of the maps. More or less $4.00 per map. Finally received lots of free maps at tourist information in city 🤑

Absolutely Horrendous App
Absolutely horrendous app! Terribly disappointed - absolute waste of money and not worth downloading. Lists of attractions, restaurants, and night clubs are limited to 3-5 destinations per category. Extremely superficial information, poor map, poor design - as a result, this is an extremely overpriced and poorly created app overall. Cannot fully convey how disappointed I am with this purchase.
