Installed it and it just sits and spins in the connection dialog. Went to customer support forums and found similar complaint from other user. Posted there and after a week no response from their customer support, huge waste of money, do not buy!
OK product, but at over $500, way too EXPENSIVE!!!!
This is bordering on the fraudulent!
Whilst the product is undoubtably decent, its not mentioned that the (needed) server component is priced at around $500. Yes FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS.
This only becomes apparent after getting past the companies "dealer only" online purchasing website (I applied for a dealership as there are none near me!)
This remote app is already the most expensive by a long way, but to find out the absurd price of the required server app means I can do nothing but rate this low. The product itself is pretty powerful (I downloaded the evaluation version), but not for over $510 combined price.

Don't buy this app
The windows server installer is broken. It won't sync with the app. The site doesn't tell you anywhere that you have to buy a license and even if you had the opportunity to try this out there us no way to actually buy a license.
Love this app!
2-way feedback/control of all 6 zones and 6 sources including Pandora, tuner, and iPod dock. UI is easy to use, it connected quick to the server and was very responsive.
