Not working. Please fix!
I recently updated the app to the latest version and now it is completely unusable. Immediately when I attempt to open the app I am presented with an “unknown error” message. I have tried deleting and re-installing and still the same message. A regular user of the app and I am very disappointed by this.

Doesn’t work in Los Angeles
The app doesn’t open on an iPhone 13 with all updates to the phone and app. I subscribe and pay for these services. Unacceptable. Please fix!
